Longest: 3-5-Minutes. (Larger Properties, with Speaking Sections)
These are typically arranged in repeatable low cost packages, and not usually sold as solo projects. (Due to Cost issues). Est. Cost between $600-$1,000 / video.

Process:
Pre-Production: Either through a visit or digital sharing, our producers work with clients to understand the space and how to showcase it. Additional emphasis is placed on the potential audience and how to stylize the video(s) accordingly. Additionally, coming to terms on repeatable production budget.
Content Creation: Shoot days are typically 1 day, and may include video cameras on wide lenses, drones, electronic gimballs, and various other real estate style equipment.
Post-Production: Editing the videos together with music, text, and graphics. The editing phase begins with the creation of an “Initial Draft” which is sent to the client. The client then gets the opportunity to suggest revisions, at no cost.
